(25) Second Chances

Another spicy one today, to point out more failures of the American justice system. Parole isn't nearly as controversial an issue as the death penalty is, but in my humble opinion, it definitely needs some reform. Today we'll be talking about some lucky individuals who were given a second (or even third) chance, but threw it away.
