Probably my spiciest episode to date. We are all well aware by now that the death penalty is not applied equally. You'd be a fool to think it is. So today, I'm comparing cases that mirror each other...and pointing out how differently they ended. This one is full of those controversial opinions I always warn you about. And by the end of it, you're probably going to hate me for what I have to say about the protected class that's featured in this episode.

(28) Massachusetts

Still stuck in the northeast, in a place that abolished the death penalty long ago. I thought about doing witch trials and revolutionary war criminals in this one, but instead opted for a variety of depraved souls, including some terrorists.

This one...sent me into a rage. It's not as graphic as some of the others, but the sheer carnage and lack of compassion for other humans is just sickening. Baltimore is a gross place. Can't get away from that.

(25) Second Chances

Another spicy one today, to point out more failures of the American justice system. Parole isn't nearly as controversial an issue as the death penalty is, but in my humble opinion, it definitely needs some reform. Today we'll be talking about some lucky individuals who were given a second (or even third) chance, but threw it away.
